Currently chairman Africa Mission Europe,  and the National Coordinator of The Redeemed Christian Church of God in Spain. The church has grown to be one of the fastest growing Pentecostal church in Spain with over 40 churches all over the cities of Spain. The church has a Bible College that awards DIP, BSC to PhD in Theo, Christian education. etc with two campuses in Malaga and Madrid and the third one to be in the city of Valencia. Pastor Abraham Rogers has a vision of planting churches in all the cities of Spain reaching both Spaniards and the immigrants. One of his visions is to win ten thousand souls before April 2009 and to achieve this he set to plant over 40 churches more. The church has also inaugurated a school called (SOLACS) School of Language and Computer Science where they train immigrants to learn the Spanish and English language to enable them integrate into the Spanish community.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN…

The RCCG Spain started as a mustard seed in the city of Valencia. After having work for five years in Equatorial Guinea as missionaries, the Lord lead Pastor and Pastor (Mrs) Abraham Rogers to the Western part of Europe precisely the city of Valencia in Spain. What is now known as RCCG Spain started as an house fellowship centre in April 2001 in the house of these missionaries after having pray for six months with just one person. The first week of May, 2001, witnessed a geometric increase in the house fellowship, thus having fifteen persons in attendance. This miraculous transformation paved way for the renting of a 75 meters, hall in this same city of Valencia. Our vision then was to take the gospel to the Spaniards, this house fellowship consisting mainly of Spanish brethren eventually became our first parish,

today known as RCCG (ICC) Spanish Parish;  which currently has about 300 faithful worshipers. In fulfilling the vision of the church to take the gospel to 15 minutes during distance in all developed countries lead us to start a known as RCCG (ICC) English parish. The Lord continue to grant us more favour and by the end of 2001, now in the Northern city of Spain called Huesca, RCCG Miracle Centre was given to making it the third parish.

The first quarters of the year 2003, witness the birth of Glory land parish in the Southern part of Spain, Malaga. What started as a house fellowship in 2001 has grown by the grace of God to over forty parishes.

BIOGR. OF PASTOR & PASTOR (MRS) ABRAHAM ROGERS

Pastor Abraham Rogers and his wife came to Spain December 2000. They lived in the city of Valencia where they started a house fellowship, due to their heart cry of winning souls to Christ, God answered them. As blacks, it became difficult for them to reach the Spaniards since they don’t have the colour, culture and language, but the wife Pastor (Mrs.) Mary Rogers was fast to pick the language which she later became an interpreter to the husband. Both of them were in the house praying for the new assignment in Spain after they had spent five years in (Malabo) Equatorial Guinea as missionaries and they planted 10 churches before the end of the five years. Their first convert in Spain was a drunkard a woman whom they ministered to and she gave her life to Christ. This woman was stranded as her brother-in-law asked her to pack out of the house since she was living with him and her daughter, Pastor Rogers and his wife hearing the sad news rented a room for the woman in another building where she later introduced them to one of her neighbours. This man later gave his life to Christ who in turn brought his friend to the Pastor and his wife and they led him to Christ. The man today is the Pastor of the church which Pastor Abraham and his wife started in April, 2001.

Pastor Abraham Rogers and his wife Pastor (Mrs) Mary Rogers are seasoned missionaries; they had their education training in Nigeria before proceeded to Calvary Institute (SEM) and Agape School of Mission respectively both in the city of Jos, Nigeria. Both of them pioneered so many works since they got married in 1993, both in Nigeria and outside the country. They are both ordained pastors of The Redeemed Christian Church of God. Since 1993 Pastor Abraham Rogers has served in many capacities and held many positions.
