RCCG Spain has several ministries that cater for specific needs of members of the church and the community.  Some of the ministries are based on gender and age whist others deal with a particular genre. The essence of every ministry is to disciple each individual into a stronger relationship with Christ and provide a support network for such individuals.  The ministries enable members to bring practical application to their faith.

Children’s Ministry 

• This Ministry exists to share Jesus Christ in a way that is easy for children to understand.
• Train children in various areas of ministry, such as choir, dance, drama, mime etc.
• To help them develop Christ-like character.
•  To help them learn to serve others, to show them ways to share Jesus with others.
•  To provide times of fun and fellowship.

Evangelism  

• The goal of this ministry group should be to get every single member involved in missions, following Jesus' example and fulfilling God's command.
• Reach out to area cities, townships and neighbourhood with the good news of Jesus Christ.
• Train members in evangelism to effectively minister and outside the church walls.
• The church can lead exemplarily by designating a special week a “Missions” week and give all the offering to Missions.

Follow-up & Counselling or Discipleship

• This ministry group's mission is to plan, orchestrate, and monitor the educating, training.
• Equipping of adult members for works of service and placement of them in effective places of service "so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ." (Ephesians 4.12—13)

Intercession Ministry

• Seek the will of God for member’s lives and the Church

Fellowship (Follow-up) 

• The Fellowship Ministry Group’s purpose is to facilitate and encourage friendships and fellowship through various activities throughout the year

Marital Counselling

A strong marriage ministry is vital to a healthy church. More than ever, broken families are reaching out for help and healing.  People are looking for principles to make their relationships successful. The mission of this group should be to clearly share with other couples how to apply God’s Word to their marriage. They should be equipped to provide biblically based, Holy Spirit empowered, couple to couple counselling, discipline & mentoring without charge.   

And through the “couple to couple mentoring”, prayerfully bring marriages together in the union that God designed. It is highly desirable that these mentors be trained or schooled in counselling, all counselling be done at the church in an atmosphere of discipleship, and all discussions are confidential.

Technical

• Provide technical support for all events that require sound reinforcement.

 Ushering

• Meet, greet and seat the parishioners as they enter the sanctuary.
• Serves as watchmen, servants, disciplinarians and host

Worker’s In-Training

• Train church members of the sound doctrine of being a worker in RCCG after Foundational Baptismal Class.
• Ministry focus on devotion to prayer and public worship;
• Train on submission to leadership; a life of personal discipline, sensitivity to care for family and church members.

Singles Ministry

• The Single’s Ministry aims to provide support for the unmarried young adults in the Church.  
• It educates, motivates and stimulates single members of the Church to further know the Lord better while waiting on HIM

Wedding Coordination

• This Ministry is designed to help couples with organizing their wedding in the Church.  Service Coordination  
• Responsible for organizing the programs for all services that takes place at the Church.  
• To co-ordinate testimonies, announcement etc .
